- Signature: A physical or electronic signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

We will review and respond to all valid takedown notices within a reasonable time, and if appropriate, remove or disable access to the infringing material.
Counter-Notification Procedure
If you believe your content was removed by mistake, you may file a counter-notice including the following:
- Your name, address, and email.
- Identification of the material that has been removed and its location before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the content was removed by mistake or misidentification.
- A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of your local court and accepting service of process from the original complainant.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we may restore the removed material unless the original complainant files a court action to restrain such restoration.
Repeat Infringer Policy
We reserve the right to disable or terminate access for users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
